Run it on your own machine.
Everything on this page installs locally and dials out to amerc — none of it needs an open port. There is no binary to fetch and keep past a browser warning: every download here is the installer script itself.
One line installs the Outpost
Windows, macOS and Linux. Nothing is saved to disk, and nothing asks you for a password.
The script opens a small control service on your own 127.0.0.1 before it has any credentials, and waits. The amerc page you are signed in to is the only thing that can reach that port: it hands the installer a one-time key, shows you every step as it happens, and can retry a step that fails. Run the same script with no page open and it is a console installer instead.
powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://amerc.lessokaji.com/install.ps1 | iex"
curl -fsSL https://amerc.lessokaji.com/install.sh | sh
Paste the line and stop there. The Frontdesk configures the install, follows it step by step, and answers a step that fails — you never copy a token or type an account password into a console.
The same script is a text-mode installer: it prints its control port, every step it takes, and offers to sign you in at the keyboard if no page configures it.
The Outpost dials amerc and holds the socket open, so nothing needs an inbound route to your laptop — not behind NAT, hotel wifi, or a corporate firewall.
The rest of the kit
These are built per account: the credentials are inside the file you download, so there is nothing to copy or paste.
Outpost
v1.1.52-reuseA tiny controller first; verified runtimes and agent tools download only when this machine needs them. Windows delivers one AMercOutpost.exe; Linux uses one small setup script. A compatible system Node is reused, otherwise its checksummed runtime is downloaded once and cached.
First run enrolls your AMerc identity and stays in the background; the next run opens the TUI. Local GUI/Web controls show identity, Auto/CN routing, local login, Emergency Stop, and self-uninstall. Standalone default: admin / 123456 — change it on shared machines.
TinyBox agent network
installer 0.5.295-ttyfix · binary 0.1.505-enterkeyThe standalone installer authenticates, downloads your credential-bound consumer, adds it to PATH, and creates a desktop entry. Donors are issued per installed agent configuration.
Keep consumer.json and donor.json private.
